Terms and conditions
To participate in the course, you must first complete and submit the registration form. Registration is only possible with a fully completed registration form. It is not possible to sign up by phone.
Enrolment priority order
All entries are registered in order of receipt until the maximum number of participants has been reached. Unless otherwise noted, participants are indefinitely enrolled for the course.
You may cancel a course up to two months before it begins. If cancelled within three weeks before the start of the course, 50% of the course price will be charged as a cancellation fee. If cancelled within one week before the start of the course, the full course price is payable. If you do not attend a course or cancel the course during the course, the entire course fee will be charged. An additional fee of €75.00 will be charged for each cancellation fee. Cancellation and changes can only be given in writing by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Ciro Academy accepts substitutes for all enrolled students, provided they are reported up to one week before the start of the educational program. An additional fee of €75.00 will be charged for each substitution. If the student is not present at the agreed date or date, refunds will not be given. In exceptional circumstances, Ciro Academy will meet the student and seek an acceptable solution. For third parties, if the client does not comply with the payment terms, the students can be refused access to the course.
Speakers during educational activities retain all intellectual property rights in the teaching materials provided by Ciro Academy. The student is not entitled to copy course material, share it with third parties or to use it.
By enrolling in a course, the student accepts these terms and conditions.
