Client orientation is essential to the quality of their experience with Ciro. It may seem easy but organising client care is quite complex.
Our Client Council is responsible for meeting the common needs of patients who use Ciro's treatments. This also includes supporting the patients’ family and visitors. The Client Council is usually made up of seven members. They may be former patients, as well as relatives and other people who are involved with Ciro.
The Client Council works closely with the Ciro Board of Directors about major and minor patient issues. The Board of Directors values the contribution of the Client Council, as both parties share the same dedication to providing high quality care and patient satisfaction.
